## Steady shots on a moving deck

The price covers the filming; the yacht is chartered separately, by you or through us. Most charters run from Dubai Marina past JBR and Bluewaters to the Atlantis side of the Palm and back in about two hours. Book the last two hours of daylight, so the filming hour runs into sunset as the boat turns back towards the Marina towers. The yacht’s own music is turned down while we film, because the soundtrack is added in the edit.

On board everything is filmed on a gimbal to absorb the swell, and the shots are built around motion — the bow cutting the water, wind in hair, a glass raised as the skyline slides past. Light colours and loose fabrics move well in the wind on deck. Drone passes over the Marina and the Palm are restricted and need their own approval, so the film is made from the deck unless that has been arranged. One hour produces a 60–90 second film and a 30-second vertical reel; the reel arrives in 3 to 5 days, the film in 2 to 3 weeks.

### Is the yacht included?

No — the charter is booked separately, either by you or by us at the operator’s price. Tell us its size and departure point; on a small boat in a swell, a gimbal still beats a hand-held camera, but calm water beats both.
