This began with one complaint we kept hearing from people on holiday in Dubai: finding a photographer meant a week of DMs, a price that changed after the shoot, and no idea who would turn up. We fixed the order — the price is agreed first, in writing, in US dollars, and it does not move.

Our mission
Holiday photography, planned around the light
We work with photographers, videographers and licensed drone operators based in the UAE, who know each place by its hours. A clear price from the start, a private gallery in 48–72 hours, and a full refund if the work is not what was promised.
It started on a trip. In the UAE the gap between a good shoot and a wasted one is about forty minutes: the dunes in the last hour of light against the same dunes at ten in the morning, the Burj Khalifa plaza at sunrise against the same plaza at seven in the evening. So we built the opposite of a DM search — a vetted network across the Emirates and a booking that takes minutes.
Every photographer on the network lives and works in the UAE. They know which hotel lets an outside photographer onto its beach, where a tripod needs approval, which mosques ask for covered arms and hair, and where to go when a shamal wind fills the air with sand. None of that can be researched from a hotel room.

How do you choose your photographers?
We hand-pick professionals who live and work in the UAE, reviewing published client work rather than a portfolio made for the occasion. Drone work goes only to operators who are licensed to fly commercially in the UAE.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. It is agreed in US dollars before you book and covers the shoot, editing, delivery and travel within the place you booked. Yacht charter and venue tickets are not included and are quoted separately, before you confirm.
When do I get my photos?
A private gallery with edited photos within 48–72 hours of the shoot; wedding galleries in three weeks. Reels arrive in 3–5 days and edited films in 2–3 weeks.
What if I’m not satisfied?
If the work is not what was described when you booked, we refund you 100%. If a sandstorm, rain or a heat warning cancels the slot, the shoot moves to another day at no cost.

This is a booking network rather than a studio. Nobody is flown in for your shoot; the photographers, videographers and drone operators who answer already work in the UAE. What the network takes responsibility for is the part of a booking that usually goes wrong — the price, the schedule and the delivery.
Admission turns on published client work rather than a portfolio assembled for the occasion. A Dubai portfolio is easy to fill with one perfect sunset behind the Burj Al Arab; published work shows what someone delivers on an ordinary humid morning in August, with haze on the water and forty minutes of usable light. That is the useful question.
What is promised is deliberately narrow and easy to check. The price is agreed in writing in US dollars and does not move. The number of edited photographs is stated per service. The gallery arrives within 48–72 hours. If a sandstorm or a heat warning cancels the slot, the shoot moves at no cost.
If the work is not what was promised, it is refunded in full rather than argued about. That guarantee is why the vetting is strict: a network that pays for its own mistakes has to be careful whom it lets in.
