Thirty minutes goes much further when it is planned before the day. You send three or four accounts whose look you like and a list of what you need — feed posts, story backgrounds, a carousel — and the shot list is built around it: one location with several backdrops close together, such as the Museum of the Future or Al Seef by the creek, and one outfit chosen for the feed. Twenty edited photos come out of it, framed for 4:5 and 9:16 rather than cropped down later.
Several of the most recognisable places have rules worth knowing. Malls, the Burj Khalifa observation decks and the Atlantis grounds restrict professional cameras and tripods, and a shoot that looks commercial may be stopped by security; commercial shoots in public places in Dubai can also need a permit. If the content is for a paid brand partnership rather than your own page, say so in advance and we sort out the permit side before the date.

From public ground outside, yes. Inside, and on hotel property, these venues have their own rules on professional cameras and organised shoots, and some need written approval in advance; we check before the day and tell you what is possible.
