Ninety minutes covers 25 edited aerial photographs and a 90-second aerial tour film that moves from the wider area to the front door — the usual format for listings and investor presentations.
Whether a property can be flown depends on where it is. Villas on the Palm or near Downtown and the airports sit in restricted airspace, and gated communities may need the developer’s or owners’ association’s consent on top of the flight approval, so we check the location before quoting a date. Rental villas in Ras Al Khaimah, Hatta and on the desert edge are usually simpler. Shoot exteriors early, when the pool is still and the light is soft, and water the garden the evening before rather than that morning, so paving is dry in the frame.
Photos arrive within 48 to 72 hours, the film within 2 to 3 weeks.

Can you fly over any property, and who arranges the permit?
Not any. Many Dubai communities — the Palm, areas near DXB and DWC, parts of the coast — are in restricted airspace, and a commercial flight anywhere needs approval from the aviation authority; we apply for it, and we may also need a letter from the owner or the community management. Send the address when you enquire and we tell you within a day whether it can be flown.
Can the material be used in advertising?
Yes — photos and film are licensed for the listing, the agency’s site and paid social for that property.
