Three things make a quote possible in one message rather than four: where, roughly when, and what kind of shoot. If the date is not fixed, give us the days you are in the country. In summer that matters more than the date itself, because the shoot has to sit at sunrise or in the last hour of light and still fit around your flights.
Replies come within about two hours during the day, on WhatsApp or by email, whichever you used. The quote is written down in US dollars, covers the editing and the gallery, and does not move afterwards. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
For anything outside the standard catalogue — several emirates in one trip, a multi-day creator shoot, a company event, a wedding at a hotel — write rather than use the booking form. Those are quoted individually and are easier to get right from a few sentences.
If your question is whether something is possible at all — a drone over the Palm, a shoot inside a mall or on a hotel beach, photographs at the Grand Mosque — ask before you plan around it. Venue rules and drone permissions change, and getting the current answer is the point of asking someone who works here.
