Thirty minutes is enough for one place done properly: the beach at your hotel, Al Seef by the creek, or the Marina walk at golden hour as the towers begin to light up. Twenty edited photos come out of it, close and wide. If you have brought the wedding dress or suit, this is the moment to wear them; a dress crushed in a suitcase needs steaming, which most hotels will do overnight.
Honeymoons here cluster between November and March, when evenings are mild and the sun sets before six. During Ramadan the city is quieter by day and lively after iftar, and modest behaviour in public matters more than usual; a sunrise session or one on hotel grounds avoids any awkwardness. Ramadan moves about eleven days earlier each year, so check the dates against your trip. If you also want the desert, a 4×4 transfer can be added to reach untouched dunes.

Yes — at the beach, in the desert and on the Marina walk it draws smiles, not trouble. Keep it to the beach or the dunes if it is low-cut or backless, and bring a wrap for the walk from the car.
