The hour matters more than the location. For Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the window to aim for is the hour before sunset through blue hour. The session runs 3 hours and is built around that window rather than your diary: from May to September the middle of the day in the UAE is hard light and dangerous heat, so sunrise and the last hour before sunset are not a preference here but the rule.
